Too Cool For School: Friday Night At The Henry

Friday night at The Henry featured highly esteemed artists at its open house. The crowd was eclectic and savvy and the gallery felt like the place to be for the night. Henry Board members were gracious hosts, serving appetizers and spirits to give attendees the courage to sing Karaoke. Drag Vamp Tina Lame was in full, luscious form as she passed the mike around.

Seattle social maven, JJ McKay, and Director of Marketing at The Space Needle, Mary Baccarella appeared to have a great time at this year's Pilchuck annual auction held at The Westin on October 23. JJ, who is always in the right place, joined the social elite who came put for more than 370 glass artworks by outstanding emerging artists and internationally renowned masters.

The Sorrento Hotel's new event series "Drinking Lessons," which explores the American Cocktail, continues this coming Monday, October 5. This week, the hotel welcomes mixologist Lucy Brennan, author of Hip Sips, a collection of coktail recipes in which she displays her prowess in blending flavors.
