The winter gala season began with a festive bang last week as Seattle's premier holiday event, Providence O’Christmas Trees, celebrated its 25th anniversary. The event, which humbly began in 1985 as the primary fundraiser for Providence, now caps three jovial days beginning with a public tree viewing on day one, a sumptuous luncheon the next, and culminating with an opulent gala dinner and auction—one which consistently surpasses the preceding celebration every year.
